Campaign objective
Bellinea is a Belgian company that opened a factory in Zalău, Romania in 2003. Bellinea produces modern and high-quality upholstered furniture.
The company implemented a continuous campaign that extended for several years in order to increase the workforce according to the increase in received orders.
Implemented campaign
The recruitment campaigns that we created for Bellinea were complex, involving display on outdoor billboards, traffic, radio, printed media and advertising flyers distribution. We also made two presentation videos for the company and the technological flow in order to show the partners and prospective employees the workload and technology used in the factory.
The campaign creation was a challenge because even though the message stayed the same during all the design changes, we had to come up every time with an original idea to surprise and arise interest.
In the first campaign, we came up with the idea of job stability at Bellinea. We took pictures with large groups of employees and the line “Over 400 people. Stable work place.” To indicate that Bellinea is a big and reliable company.
In the second campaign we shifted using testimonials of several employees stating the satisfaction regarding the work place and the benefit they get. Each billboard had the picture of the employee and their testimonial. The testimonials spoke, among other things about the possibility of advancing in their careers, the advantageous schedule or the possibility of bringing the members of their family as new employees.
